CD81 Antibody (B-11) is an IgG2b κ mouse monoclonal CD81 antibody (also designated TAPA1 antibody) that detects the CD81 protein of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. CD81 Antibody (B-11) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-CD81 antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-CD81 antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD81, also called TAPA-1, is a type III transmembrane protein that is broadly expressed on cells of hematopoietic, neuroectodermal and mesenchymal origin.

What westernblot protocol should I use? reducing or non-reducing? I cannot find the information on the sample data sheet. I tried the reducing protocol and get nice single band, but the size is smaller than 20kDa. Thank you
