Product Data
Recommended Dilution Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:6,300
Western Blot: 1:200 - 1:1,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 - 1:500
Reactivities Mouse
Host Goat
Clonality Polyclonal
Immunogen Mouse IgG, IgA and IgM whole molecules.
Specificity This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase and anti-Goat Serum.
No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or Human Serum Proteins. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all mouse immunoglobulin subclasses and chain combinations.
Formulation 0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, 0.001 M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001 M Zinc Chloride, 50% (v/v) Glycerol; pH 8.0 with 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protesase free) as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) sodium azide as preservative.
